Well, here are the most recent ultrasound pics of our Sam! The top one is his face and the bottom one is his profile. In both you can see one little hand. The middle one is his femurs and...um, other parts. Boy proof.
His face is so sweet! We'll have to see if he looks like Aidan, because his picture looks just like Aidan's ultrasound pictures.
Everything is going well and he is big, according to the ultrasound tech and doctor. I don't know how "big" translates out; the femur you see there is only 4cm long and they estimate he's two pounds. But since he's got 15+ weeks to hang out in there, who knows how big he will get! He's already crowding my organs and ribs. He had the hiccups during the ultrasound which greatly amused Aidan; he was also doing an impression of an energetic fish in a miniscule pond which did not amuse the technician. It took her a long time to find everything because she was chasing him all over my belly. I didn't bother to tell her he only moves after I eat. The lazy bum.
