I stole this fun blog tag from my sister-in-law Cassondra. Her answers were awesome because I got to know Jed's brother Jake a little more, but also because it's amazing to see how Polar Opposite Jed and Jake really are in some respects, and how alike they are in others.
1. He's sitting in front of the TV, what is on the screen? Jed watches Chuck and Legend of the Seeker with me, but he doesn't watch anything involving forensics or dead bodies. (All my other favorites do, lol). He used to watch Heroes with me, but I think it got too violent for him.
2. You're out to eat; what kind of dressing does he get on his salad? Ranch, always ranch. At home, at restaurants, at friends houses. Ranch only. Don't get me wrong; if you put something else on, he'll eat it. But he won't choose it.
3. What's one food he doesn't like? Bananas.
4. You go out to eat and have a drink, what does he order? Water. Very occasionally, lemonade. But usually water. I think this has to do more with cost than taste. He drinks OJ at home. ;)
5. Where did he go to high school? In a tiny town of 300 in Southern Idaho. He had a big class of like, 23 or something.
6. What size shoe does he wear? 9 and a half wide.
7. If he was to collect anything, what would it be? Circuits, computer books, computer parts, tools for working with circuits and computer parts.
8. What is his favorite type of sandwich? Seriously, anything you put in front of him. He loves sandwiches.
9. What would this person eat every day if he could? Anything someone else puts in front of him. I think if he lived alone, he'd still be on his college diet of frozen pizza and burritos because he doesn't think about feeding himself. But as long as I'm cooking, he'll eat whatever, no complaints. (Even when it's burned he chows like it's gourmet.)
10. What is his favorite cereal? Raisin bran. Anything sans sugar.
11. What would he never wear? Baggy pants that hang below his backside.
12. What is his favorite sports team? Jed isn't into sports. He doesn't watch them or follow teams on the radio or anything. I'd have to say his sons teams are his favorites. :D
13. Who did he vote for? I wasn't in the booth with him, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Obama.
14. Who is his best friend? Me. I'm very blessed.
15. What is something you do that he wishes you wouldn't do? Lol, pretty much everything. Neglect housework, sit around in my pj's, hang out on the computer too much, drive without a seatbelt. The best thing about Jed is, he never complains. I get that disappointed look once in a while but he never scolds me.
16. What is his heritage? European? Kelsey is either Irish or Scottish.
17. You bake him a cake for his birthday; what kind of cake? Anything I make him will be fine. He seems to enjoy chocolate more than your average human male.
18. Did he play sports in high school? Yep. Football.
19. What could he spend hours doing? Programming on the computer or gaming, reading.
20. What is one unique talent he has? Jed has a LOT of talents!! And he picks up new ones without trying. He doesn't think he's a good artist or singer but he REALLY IS. And he is, of course, a Mensa-level genius. He's incredible with logic puzzles and riddles or number games. He's amazing at fixing things, either electronics or plumbing or cars. He's also a frisbee genius. I think a fairer question would be what isn't he talented at?
See! I married a totally amazing man. Who is still asleep even though it's nine in the morning. ;)

How fun to read!! Jed is such a great guy! I've always thought Jed and Jake were super opposite in so many respects but I think it's wonderful that they have enough in common to relate and get along well. We scored some pretty amazing hubbys if I do say so myself! :)
Do you really drive without a seat belt? Ahhh, just the thought makes me nervous. Too many people love you to not buckle up!!
Thanks for your call the other day. Sorry I missed you. How are you feeling? Isn't time just flying by? I can't believe we're so close to newborns again. I'm excited and humbled at how not on top of my life I am. Miss you!
